How To Cure Depression In Just 5 Minutes
Depression is not a medical condition. It’s not a disease. It’s not something you are infected with. It is simply a state of mind, and it can be changed quickly if you know how.
There are essentially two main causes of depression.
The first is diet. If you are eating too much sugar (soda, candy, etc.), this may be the reason why you’re depressed. So all you have to do is reduce your sugar intake and see what happens. Within one to two weeks, you should start feeling better.
If diet is not the problem, then the other cause of depression is mental. And this can be cured instantly.

Depression is the result of the failure to handle fear.
There’s something you’re afraid of, and that fear is causing you to feel depressed.
So first, you have figure out exactly what it is that you’re afraid of. What is the underlying fear?
Once you determine what the underlying fear is, then what you must do is face it. It’s that simple. You must face your fear. And the way to do that is to imagine the worst case scenario that you’re afraid of. For example, it could be that you’ll be poor, that you’ll be homeless, that you’ll be alone for the rest of your life. Whatever the fear is, just imagine the worst case scenario that stems from it.
Now, doing this may make you feel uncomfortable and uneasy. But you have to be brave. You have to face it.
And I’m going to share with you the easiest, most effective way of facing your fear that I know of. It’s a very simple technique called…
Acceptance and non-resistance.
All suffering is the result of resistance. Whenever you resist something, you feel pain, you suffer.
So what you need to do is to think of the worst-case scenario and stop resisting it. Say to yourself, “If it happens, so be it. I’ll be fine. I can live with that scenario.” This takes courage, but once you accept this worst-case scenario, once you stop resisting it, the depression will end as quickly as if you flicked a switch. It happens that fast.
And this technique works for anyone. You don’t have to be suicidal in order to be able to use this. We all suffer from mild forms of depression from time to time. And the reasons are the same. It’s a failure to handle fear.
So whenever you find yourself feeling depressed, just ask yourself, “What am I afraid of?
What is the underlying fear?”
Once you figure out what you’re afraid of, you just have to handle it, and the depression will immediately end. By using acceptance and non-resistance, it’s much easier to handle your fears.
As you can see, this is not rocket science. It’s amazingly simple, and I hope you’ll use it.
